If it was ever available on the internet for any length of time (variable), the search engines (like Google) will have "seen" it and recorded the location. You can then delete the data and even make the page go away, but the search engine has a record of the existence and where it WAS. So it can be found in a search, but if you attempt to go to the page where it was, you will get an "error 404, Page not found". BUT... if it was for sale on Amazon, even if you "unpublish" it, that page will not go away since it is possible that there may be a used copy somewhere in the world that someone might want to sell on Amazon. If there are none for sale, then the listing on Amazon will state, "Not available", and nobody will be able to order it, but the page will still be there.
All indexing can only be fixed by google and its hard and take time to fix the indexed item , so you must prepare all your SEO work before publish.
