Chocolate fudge Cake Recipe
- flour and butter for ramekins
- Preheat the sandwich (180ÂșC) oven.
- Melt together the butter and chocolate in a double boiler.
- Blanch the whole eggs and sugar with mixer until a creamy foam.
- Gently mix the chocolate melted with the eggs sugar preparation. Add little by little the flour.
- Pour the dough obtained in small ramekins buttered and floured to unmold the fluffy more easily.
- Bake 7 to 10 minutes in order to get a little dough in the fondant heart.
- Gently remove from pan and serve immediately.
