Black Forest Cake Ingredients:
50 gr. of bitter cocoa
150 gr. of powdered sugar
30 cl. cream whipping
100 gr. of butter
4 eggs
50 gr. of flour
75 gr. of chocolate shavings
50 gr. of sugar ice
400 gr. of Morello cherries in syrup
5 cl.of syrup
Black Forest Cake Recipe:
Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.(325). pit the cherries and macerate in the syrup. Melt the butter and let lukewarm. Beat the eggs with the sugar and salt, until that mixture double volume. Gently fold in the cocoa and flour sifted together. Then pour the melted butter and mix gently.
Put the dough in a pan greased and floured, then cook in the oven 40 mn. Let lukewarm before unmold the cake on a rack. Whip chilled whipped cream, adding sugar ice halfway through the work. Keep cool. Cut the cake cooled in 3 disks (to cut the cake in equal part, string - the distance equal, then cut following string).
Spread over first half of cherries (book about 10 cherries) with a little maceration juice. Drizzle over one quarter of the whipped cream and arrange over the second disc. The repeat and finish with the last disk. Cover cake chantilly (book in a few for good decoration) and chocolate chips, pressing slightly to make them adhere.
In a pastry bag and drop the whipped cream for decoration, then all around the cake, remove small rocks of chantilly, decorate for an artist at the top of each of them. Book cool until ready to serve.
