To make the base all of the cookies that we use we put into thermomix Bowl. We give speed 10 to crush for several seconds. Try that they are chopped into very small pieces, almost powder. Once we have the basis of our prepared cake and in the fridge, we are preparing chocolate. For this we put into the clean of the thermomix Bowl chopped chocolate and hazelnuts. We program speed 8 to crush for about 25-30 seconds. If you want you can start grinding at lower speed and finish at speed 10. We will already have a prepared chocolate and hazelnut cream.
Add to this cream flan and the cream, closed vessel and program to 100 degrees, speed 4 for about ten minutes. When you have finished programming remote a super cream that we fill the mould over the biscuit base.
Insert mould with chocolate cake in the refrigerator several hours so set properly. When it is cold, before serving garnish with some truffles or pellets from coconut. The decor is optional and the taste of every Cook
